I sent my husband out to run an errand and asked him to take J (3) with him. This is the conversation they had after leaving the store.

J: Daddy? Are you an idiot or are you a jerk?
K: Uh, has Mommy been saying things about me again?
J: Uuuuummmm... No. I really love Mommy, you know.
K: Yes, J. I love Mommy, too.
